Every body follow the scaler chain method and no body is interested in unity of command.and one more thing Md should be taken personal review of every person of their company at least one in a month. Upper management always think that they are better than us but the things are changed time to time upgrading must needed. Every person in the company are not same, some people are good in leadership and some are good in sales. But this is for management to see.

Alde Medi is is an organisation which is likely a family with healthy atmosphere of professionalism. Also our senior management always enhances us to build up skills and provide us with the opportunity to combine our expertise with our passion for making a difference.

There is a lack of training and social activities for employees to increase employees engagement. And also 6 working days in a week.

Well, honestly it's a privilege to working with Alde Medi for last 2 years and I can confidently say that this organization offer an expectational growth for career and advancement based on individual performance. I have seen people are getting much more than their expectation , it's all up to you how far you can go, how much you are trying to make. it's not just an organization it's more like a family.

Not much things , You have to get everything by yourself be a quick learner, There should be training session related to individual work.
