I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Phaco devlopement is working and under 100% controll of sales department its indirect sales dept, Only on paper showing that work for Quality , PD was doing quality work from 2012 to 2019 after that changes happened and they started work for sales... So that employees are very confused about their objectives as well as no clarity about future..Tremendous pressure for Virtual work and online training employee engaged with his admin activities and simultaneously sales team pressurising for other support related to sales which is challanging for employee to work for KPI or to work for collaboration...as team.. Leadership is unclear about there plan working under sales pressure

Too much of Favouritism. Managers are unprofessional and take things personally. Worst appraisals. Some Managers don't even give credit of your efforts while other managers will shower you with appreciation for no reason 😁.

Except the salary structure nothing is likeable.

Dislikes

Managers need a talking toy. If you do not fit they will hunt you like vultures until they take your job. Even after ethics complaint no action was taken and no answers been given to you for the investigation. The HR policy is the worst, no1 bothers to reply you. The TL's will pressurized you so much, you ended up being bed ridden. It was a pathetic organization with no job security or self value.
