According to designation Salary are not good because i am working there 2 year 6 months but my salary are too minimum

No salary hike for 3years for person faciliated as 'the Best' in anual meeting.Theres lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.bothers least about emloyees.impulsive launching and shut down of Entire division.Sales people forced to do logistic work carring promotional,distributors expired goods etc on there own expenses.keep updating entire LIST after every 6months expense of cyber cafe and xerox burdened on Sales person beyond 100rs.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is ok but there is not colleagues friendly culture. Company winded up their HQs without informing to their employees. Now settlement is not done even after 4 months.

there's good place for chemical engineering as training and working ,my training experience is good in this company becz there is large apportunity for chemical future and modern instrument using for working, very very very good experience

i don't say anything dislike bases. .. I think company have provided compensation as training bases
