Higher Management doesn’t treat an employee as an Employee… I have found that company lacks effective communication and transparency in its decision making processes. This often leads to confusion and uncertainty among employees regarding company policy and future directions. Additionally, there seems to be limited room for career growth and development, Which can be demotivating for long term employees. Company needs an employee who knows buttering to manager and management level which makes promotions very easy…
