As Head of Sales, I had the freedom to implement a new structure within the sales team & develop the distribution channel for the parts business.

Dislikes

Very short term vision since there are frequent changes at the top. Management is totally in-transparent and insensitive to the people working. Recognition of people is bad and career growth is stagnant. The company has taken a stance to limit its exposure in its own market and play safe thereby allowing competition to make inroads into its own markets.

I learn a lot in AL futtaim starting my career in 2010 as cashier then to become branch accountant and now as a financial analyst. It's an great journey so far and love to go ahead in same spirit
