Al Bawani is leading construction company in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. I love the fact that the team of my department and other construction team they are so cooperative and they worry about safety on the site. They fulfill all the requirement for the safety related issues In all we can say a very good Work Environment. Another part was the work timing is good hence they provide transportation for any were we want to go.

Dislikes

No Compensation and growth is slow. Appraisal procedures was after completing 2 yrs contract period and that was also not enough's as per the standards. Vacation can only be taken after 2 yrs which was very long period of time.

Company is good , salary credited be on time, staff is also good nature and in helping nature,.

Dislikes

Everything is good but , MANAGEMENT is not good and the loose point of this company , i wish to remember this point.

...iven good accomodation and transportation and other benefits and other all white collar work is treated as labour Salary is on time but overtime is delayed over 3 month some time's

A place for learning and opportunity to deal with challenges. Good people and working environment.

Dislikes

Difficult in salary increase but not in all disciplines. I was in safety department. Micro management some time created hindrances to deal with it.

...erience and even knowledge, but personally you will not be benefited money wise. You will be getting salary monthly but don't ever expect your increment or other bonus till you stay there.

Dislikes

Management will not ever give you increment of salary. They are miser people although they have a number of projects in line. They exploit the employees.
