...ions asked. There's zero trust in the sales team, not even in the Head of sales. Salary payments? Unreliable at best, often delayed for months. in some cases still not paid. Suggestions? Pointless. He does whatever he wants, regardless of input. Funding? A complete lie- nothing but empty claims. When things go wrong, sales is always the scapegoat. work life balance is very very poor.

I don't like anything about them. They signed bond with us and then fired us without any notice and they haven't paid our salary from last one year.

I dislike the whole management if they don't have money to run the company then why they are playing with people's career.

...ary is the main concern they doesnt bother giving you salaries on time and they will keep on changing the salary dates and never give it fully, as an employee dont expect to get the promised allowances on time as well, even your state head is helpless!!!!

The concept they are going to implement is good but not in areas it work only metro cities they can afford

Without intimation they will ask directly to resign on the spot No more than 2 months they will bare I don't recommend to no-one to join in this company because job security is zero We can't get time to look for another opportunities
