nothing to say simply waste if u want to make ur life miserable u can go for it. none to help u out even though there is technical person who just show off with his knoweldge since he old and experienced

Dislikes

irrespective of leves or holiday u r not allowed to take. they always wanted to work u will not be given free time. u will be asked to work on till 10 oclick most of the time and morning 10 am to 8 pm is the office time. there is only one technical person who calls him self CTO. he got a bad attitude like belittle juniors because he got he advantage of experince and exposure. though he is experienced in PHP only. he got no work ethics and no compassionate about co-workers .. selfish about work ...he is headweight too. no proper work culture there... if u hate ur life then u can work there...u will realise how good it is.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
