mangement good but no any good decession in favor of company staff/employee. job security on average but salary late minimum 3 months,work nature has been decrese from last 2 years overall future in on average.

Organisation’s working culture is average . Organisation’s want to produce quality products at market minimum rate .which is creating contractors unsatisfactory towards work progress and time schedule extend due to work hold in schedule time frame .

Organisation want work execution on minimum market rate ,Employee on minimum salary .which's are create in satisfaction in employee and contractors regarding progress progress.

The company policy is not right culprit company as on date now, even leaving the company for around 3 years no accounting/ full and final till now .also PF shall be deduct each and every month on employee account But there is no any PF deposit in PF account since Nov-2019 to June 2022.

Salary of senior staff delayed over 3 months at my tenure.The flat owners money was put to stake at all projects. A non technical man from owners family looks after all construction activities n screwed up all projects. All HODS were incapable inefficient and out dated in today"s concept,that"s the reason all projects are suffering n delayed . The worst part is no one is looking for quality, v poor construction work quality which can be verified through the residents residing in the complexes n also so many videos on you tube .
