...hem. The faculties are treated badly, and zero respect is shown to the teachers. The pay scales is very less in comparison to the amount of work they demand from the employees. The organisation is rude, harsh and disrespectful towards employees.

I have to work 16hours straight in a day.no week off are given for employees.work pressure is very high and growth is slow and salary is not good.academic administrator of ajmal super40 girls do not value any kind of workers health related prblms.im facing lots of problems even i got vacation from 23rd of March for covid19 lockdown

It was a a great experience as you get to interact with all kinds of people skilled and unskilled, qualified and unqualified people.

Worst administration. No fixed policy. Pick and choose policy. No time culture. Pay balance not there. Unqualified and unsuitable people paid more than they deserve.

I enjoy the work environment and foundation culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I've mastered the basic s. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work work or handling out additional responsibilities, so I don't always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role. I feel that I could be growing faster and learning more if I were challenged more.
