The only best part about this company is that my manager was very nice and understanding. Instead of having no creativeness amongst the whole company, my manager always allowed me to experiment.

The human resource management is pathetic, the salary levels are not upto the standards, the work environment allows you to only work in your boundaries. Job security is at high risk at this firm as the HR managers have a policy of throwing people out without any notice based on their intuitions.
