Worst work environment Don't provide the adequate salary as per the work People working there have thoughts like they are the boss Nobody knows how to talk with the colleagues Such an educated yet illiterate person were there

Activities are line-up with standard following. Which I felt that is great. I find a good coordination with the Peers as per need.

Dislikes

Promotion, opportunities and salary is not seems great for a good career growth. Salary is still same and lower with no increment at all past years. Although learnings are great. Happy to be a part of Aisect.

First of all the company AISECT give chance to fresher by hiring them that too with good package. A candidate who is new and have no experience of any kind of work can gain an experience here.

Promotion and appraisal process is not upto mark.

Late payment, seniors behaviour, abusive language, non supporting system, don't respect juniors, salary is very less, expenses hold long time, too much deduction in expenses overall if you join AISECT your carrier is over

Govt school . Best for teaching and students co-ordination are better.

...worst ever in the world by experience .and even management does not do anything.there is no co ordination between trainer and co-ordinator just they telling about firing we ask for the salary. We don't have any right to. Ask salary here just we work like a begger
