Nothing even salary package is low although no proper appraisal, pathetic HR polisies, politics, Harrasment every bad things happen in AIS stay away from this company

Best place to work. You will learn so many skills from higher management. Lot of skill development initiatives are implemented every year.

Only one thing if that is not an issue for you. As this is US based company so its mostly has night shift.

Good option for fresher. Having One of the best infrastructure within the Vadodara's MNcs.

Your growth only depends on the basis of how good your relations with your boss. No matter if you are top performer of the team but you don't have that much bonding with your boss then all your work will be overlooked.
