Descrimation within company between permanent employee and fixed term contractual employee. Same work same pay cannot be expectable in this company.

... ESL, the middle management is hopeless and generally engaged in petty politics. There is no career growth, talent and capabilities are not recognised and financial compensation is very low.

Managment dont want give salary hikes even though company is in profits. Discrimination in workplace. for same work if they pay permanent stafff 1 lakh INR then they pay 25,000 INR for FTE.
