Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. I'm very happy after save the life of humans. There is a huge cafeteria.

...oor There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company policy are bed , They don't give appraisals and any type bonus any year and tyauhar, like Holi, diwali

Job security nill because hiring only outsourcing staff,work culture is average, management average, company policy is very bad they are doing bleeding to outsourcing staff.

Salary delay, hiring only outsourcing staff,not getting benifit as regular staff even not getting restricted holidays

There is good work environment and the team members are supportive. Management trying to give all there efforts during pandemic time to provide all things available.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics. No job security as I'm contractual employee. Getting fixed salary, no bonus and other benefits like medical, leaves, etc. There is no orientation for new joining.

The management is pathetic. They treat Senior Residents like PG students. Even salary is delayed at times. Otherwise patient load is good, there is ample opportunity for learning

Dislikes

One has to face lots of hardships for getting salary on time. The Dean doesn't respect subordinates, he wouldn't sign relieving letter and experience certificate before 10 days for no reasons. It's frustrating

Lot or people - staff and patients, very crowdd. Lot of work but u also gets down time. Lot of food at lot of canteens.

Dislikes

very risky behavior of staff to patients. poor patient also have to pay, they make u go to yusuf sarai shops to buy items for dialyisis n other procedures.
