Poor management and terrible HR. The HR does nothing all day but pretends to be the one handling everything. She is sweet to your face but extremely bitter behind your back. She is the most disgusting person I have encountered so far. Our HOD, Mr. Kanu Ji, is the most manipulative person in the organization. I would never recommend anyone to join this firm. Salaries are always delayed, with half paid in cash and half through the bank. It operates like a typical Bania company.
