Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Management was horrible i dont know why people are leaving AIDA but no body cares and no salary incriminate no aida standard no good food duty hours too much if u got violation no body cares just work like a donkey. If u achieve target and what u get 10$ which is horrible. I am really disappointed with AIDA
