-No proper rules and policies -Didn't gave the pending salary even after resignation -offer letter and appointment letter differentiation of band level -office politics - No commitment on words.Joined for one department later on asked to work for all departments and even asked to decrease my pay in just 14 days -Most of the employees have left the company due to their bad behavior - *Don't trust on words of HR of this company

Furthermore, the company has consistently failed to meet basic obligations such as timely salary payments, causing significant financial stress for myself and my colleagues. It's been four months since I left, and I still haven't received my full and final salary, which is extremely frustrating and unfair. The work environment is often disorganized and unprofessional, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. Overall, my time at AICRA has been a negative experience, and I would not recommend this company to others. If you are considering working for AICRA or doing business with them, I would strongly advise against it.

...ve experience with this company due to its toxic and unethical work environment. **No Compensation for Overtime**: Despite consistently working late, including calls as late as 10 PM, there was no compensation for overtime. The company disregards personal time, regularly scheduling work on weekends without any consideration for work-life balance. **Toxic Leadership**: The owner himself made it clear that employees' personal lives were irrelevant, openly stating that he would "make your life hell." Family life or balance is non-existent here. The company takes on over-ambitious projects with no regard for employee well-being, prioritizing unrealistic goals over Without any support thinking sales person is magician will do Abra ka dabra nd 1 crore is credited.... They never care about their customers as well all they want is payment The company operates in a questionable manner, After project completion, the company creates hostile circumstances to avoid paying salaries, often making employees feel trapped. They use fake profiles to mine data In short, this company promotes what can only be described as modern-day slavery. I strongly advise avoiding any association with it if you value your career and well-being.

It is totally fake company. Mr. Raj Sharma(Director of company) is a fraud and he never pays salary to his employee. More than 100 employees have already filed complained in labour court against him. He is only playing through marketing and promotion. Every 6 Months, he changes his office.
