Since I worked there as a Japanese language tutor, I really appreciated the facilities provided to cater to a large group of learner’s and the continuous support to maintain the same level of efficiency. The rooms are excellent, the assistants are reliable and the management caters to the learner’s needs as much as they can.

Dislikes

AMA does not have a vision in the field of Japanese language development and promotion. The top management’s attitude towards its associates is money-minded and culturally inclined people might find it stifling to work for a longer period in such an environment. The honorarium for services was subpar in my case (no idea about others). The management is judgemental and unappreciative of efforts.
