Good salary and benefits like both way cab for night shift

I worked in the ARKM vertical, and here's honest take : -No leaders, only bosses who hold back your progress instead of presenting opportunities. -Workshop and meetings are conducted merely to tick off periodic KRA checkboxes, not for genuine knowledge sharing. -Direct heads and team leads rarely offer meaningful appreciation or feedback. -KRA-related feedback and improvement points are nonexistent yet appraisal ratings are adjusted to suit supervisors preference not the data. -Team lead (PT) and Senior manager (RA) often spin narratives to maintain a fovaorable impressions with higher-ups. - Want Promotions as per ability ? forget courses and upskilling, join the rigid queue system which is manage honestly by senior manager.

Thay just want who will work like a labour with a lesser salary than a labour thay force us to work on weekends.. month end weekends working was mandatory even if u are u can't even fall sick or u can't make any plan according to yourself. We get 2 leaves monthly but if I take those 2 leaves on any fastival or something I have to work atleast 3 weekends for cover my target which is more important than anything. Most of the team leader and upper leader are from south thay don't even talk to you politely thay think North side as a slave when there is a fastival the whole project can take leaves but on North side fastival we can't take leaves how can all the people can get leaves. If you put any valid point in meetings u will get a warning letter and due to that thay will withdraw your name from tha any award and recognition so that don't so that reward for the good work but after doing hard work you can't get that...even if you are completing your target or work thay can force you to come on weekends and if you will refuse than thay will target you..you can't talk to them in bad way but thay can and target you...

I dislike every single part of that office tha culture the behaviour the rules like school the way team leader and seniors talk the way thay target you thay simply do the mental torture.

It's good with incentives or salary only.

Dislikes

Nothing good, they are dealing with very bad inventory. And people can not achieve their targets. Company site Jaipur is only working to get fix the Backlog and old DOS. Because they can not pressurize to people on other site because they have multiple options to switch or change the organisation. But Jaipur is totally frustrating

...you work 5 to 3 .30 daily extend the shift after few month you will surely die . And also they will deduct salary for no reason.
