Nothing good, they are dealing with very bad inventory. And people can not achieve their targets. Company site Jaipur is only working to get fix the Backlog and old DOS. Because they can not pressurize to people on other site because they have multiple options to switch or change the organisation. But Jaipur is totally frustrating

Its a good place for freshers, they can learn and gain lot of knowledge.

They won't provide the exact salary and often charges something and deduct that amount from our individual salary.too worst in salary credits.

The incentive plan which makes people to run for their money one daily basis if particularly persons with low salary like me. Promotion assessment On ags promotion are open gate policy.

AGS healthcare is one of the top international voice process and medical coding company. The work culture is good and lots of increments and good salary for experienced candidates.

Slow growth but will pay off if your patient and concentrate on learning

I wasn't been able to do as good work as I used to do in my notice period, but I received good understanding.

Dislikes

Growth is linear and salary hike is low, asks to work on weekends, asks to work beyond our working hours, found myself in a comfort zone where there is no challenges in work.
