Plant shed and location is good. System is total missing for manufacturing process as well as in quality. Such as Astt. MR is being utilized for recruitment. HR and quality policies to be improved. Layouting of plant utilities and machinery to be planned professionally.

Not providing any kind of leave . No government holidays only there is 5 holiday in a year. Not a fix schedule of increament. Not giving any facility to the employees no outing no canteen
