Good Job security and Salary is paid at the right time. Has a good brand value compared to other mid level companies.

Dislikes

Its not Employee centric company. Vetical Hierarchy system. The whole system and process is Haywire, especially HR and onboarding - functions like Government body, where you have to stand for hours and plead for your ID Card, confirmation, appointment letter. no grievance or ticket raising system - manually handled. Leave and holiday policy can be better for the plant people. No one is concerned actually about problem solving. To complete target or improve efficiency, quality is compromised Not open culture. Very judgemental and conservative environment

Salary & incriments was little bit good, they provide nice quarters for employees, latest machinery which they purchase.

Dislikes

They dont provide proper training for employees because high level management it self dont know the standards of work, need to work under pressure,many times u dont have time to eat food in break time also because they never stop any process, unsafe working atmosphere, long hours have to do work with out any extra money, less time for personal & family life. They dont follows standard working procedure only MAD work happend here.canteen food was worst & its too cost also.surrounding pollutions is high due industry.

Employees are paying Tea cost to vendor . I request to all friends kindly ask A-Z to hr before joining because at the time of joining HR says lie everything. there is no Land phone in finance will make call to vendor by our own phone . Dont join this worst organization

They have a nice working environment with several career building and company uprising policies which help a newbie to perform and show his capabilities and skills.

I don't have any such dislikement about working in AGI GLASS PAC

Good learning opprortunity as the speciality glass plant started 4 years back..can get good salary at start.. No heavy load if one can work smartly..

HR Polycies are worst..very old HR team. No fun at work/ activities / training n education..
