I had been worked in Ageas federal since 2021 April to Nov 2023..it's working culture like Employee friendly Atmosphere and work life balanced.

Middle Management hasn't take care of Employees salary growth of operations Support Employees

...er joined as Agency leader and he did business of rs 8.5 lac in just two months.but company not giving him salary and commision.. every commitment was wrong.. even they fraudent to coustomer also.. totally bluff ..suggest to people don't go with this company. my father was in Baroda branch.finally he left company.
