In the time of interview they will tell you about increment in next 3 months but they don't do even after working 1.5 years. No job security If they dont need anyone they will tell them to not to come

No Job securities, and the working culture like person who had been working with the Company for so long treat themselves as Boss and never entertain the new employees, foul politics

Management is highly biased and lacks ethics in all areas - be it work or work environment, there is a constant threat to security and principles. Not a suitable entity to work with, especially for females / professionals.
