Not good for Long Stay and also No Flexible Work Hours No Weekend off. Also Salary and Perks are Also Not up to mark. at least we are Not Even Getting Paid for the Work we are Doing. Working Culture is Also Not Good

...freshers it is good to learn new things..Teammates are good to help at any time.Salary and appraisal are very less.Personally, I had not face such kind of things in this company.

...y started on 2013 still they have only 50 employees 6. loss making company 7. Senior manager will hold your salary 8. They are destroying BGV of the employee

The only thing i liked about working here was work from home.

The salary provided here is a scam the PF contribution is been debited all by your CTC (ie employee, employer, gov contribution) The work life here is very stressful as there is no training provided and expected you to know eveything by your own The notice period here is 3 months which is not reasonable for someone working on a low stage or process. The company has no rules and HR are not responsive over deductions, insentives or any sort of variable. The company provides incentives as bonus for Diwali which sounds very stupid in my opinion. Ie yearly insentives. I would not recommend anyone to join this firm.
