Honestly, I really love my job and the people I work with or will I say the bosses I work for are the BEST so far. It great here tho. We are like family members here.

Used to work in sales in South West region.Mgmt is caring,ontime salary,leave benefits (in my case final settlement also) as per negotiation during job interview! Now they are building a HR team to address all those negative reviews posted in this site

1) no scope for promotion 2) most of staff are life long employees (if you steal,company will forgive) 3)no motivation,as company is interested only for staff who is working or can work 15-20yrs 4) works like a govt organization mostly

As per the Africa Standard, it’s good and it offer fair facilities to the employees.

There are many aspects are there to dislike, Company HR is worthless, Company is charging a lot for the food for its third grade foods, Promotions and Salary hikes are not on the time, Working is hard because handling the local people are very tough.
