Everything like Affinity has lots of office politics, and if you deny any proposal you will get fired or be in pip or apip and they target you every time for useless thing even for there mistakes and if you if you agree to what they say you will get promoted and salary hike and they also get threatening that i will fire you or will do this that etc

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. They give bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No work satisfaction.

...r target and giving invalid reason and reducing employees because of lockdown.. low salary also, they want more work in less salary..

Their are so much people who is not going to meet their quality..1st time they said to QCs maintain quality and in this lockdown period they want productivity..hows ths possible..?? Worst Company..

It's good for fresher. I like working process. Company is very good and all the senior employee's are well and good behaviours .They always encourage you and also appreciate.

Dislikes

They never give you holiday exception weekend . Everyone want to hike/increment in there salary but company never give hike. So all the employees 5 to 6 months worked on here after they resign . So I humble request to the Affinity Express company please do hike in our packages.

No Future in this Organisation, Some of managers are so immatured, Management also not good, No facilities available, No bonus in Diwali festivals.. Team leaders language is not fair.. No Growth in any kind of things..
