There's nothing specific to like about AdWeb. No diwali celebration no bonus. They are good at "fooling" around. That's the best thing I like about them.

Everything about AdWeb. Especially the toxic culture. Management keeps the eye on your movement. Lack of interest in employees hardwork. No increment. Every benefits posted is all fake. I'd highly "Never" recommend this job. Girls over here play politics. Stay aware of fake benefits posted on AdWeb or any other companies. Make sure you verify it.

Work is interesting and involves building new strategies. The company even provides access to all latest tools and that can help with monitoring and implementing our Ideas. This is what helped me make real time improvements which has led to noticeable growth in our online presence
