I will not advise anyone in this company because they promote any executive level person as manager and environment is pathetic and no Job Security, If you are hired and after a month you are out without any reason

Worst Management, Zero professionalism, hires and fires people easily, also fires people when they put forward their complaints or views or when they question on unfair things and no incentives or work appreciations. To sum it up, it's not an employee friendly organisation.

"I was hired as an RCM Specialist at Advantun Health, but after just two months, I was unexpectedly demoted to an Associate position without clear justification. The management at Advantun Health is highly unsupportive, frequently changing employee positions without proper communication. Asking questions or seeking clarity from managers often leads to threats of termination, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. Sujay, in particular, has been the worst manager I've encountered in my career, contributing significantly to the toxic atmosphere. There is unnecessary pressure placed on employees, and the overall work environment is extremely poor. I would not recommend working here."

Management is not good, managers are dominating, stress full environment, managers don't behave in good manner.

Worst company. Worst recruitment team.they don't deserve potential candidate..Abdul Aman is fraud person..taken all of my personal documents before joining. If any fraud happens with my identity or documents I will hold responsible of Abdul Aman from advantum health.

the whole recruitment team specially Abdul Aman is rude fake and with all the negative attitude to candidates. Worst behaviour received.

Worst company ever, they don't know who are talented individuals who are not. They take interview with 500 people, only 22 selected. They said 2 months training after job onboarding. After 2 months without giving proper training, in floor buddy worst team lead is too worst not supportive. I complained him about trainon not going well buddy is not teaching me anything, ge said ok i will take care. But after internship without prior notice they gave ratings without giving chance to perform. According to that they fire interns without proper explanation. Don't join here. Time waste. Too pressure. Nothing I llike here.
