Ek no. ki ghatiya company hai thare is no management no system And the thing is that the company owner is like ???? Kya hi bolu . He have no manners to tolk with employees vaha job karna it's like kala Pani ki saja . Like karne jisa to kuch hai hi nahi

Salary kabhi time par nahi aati Transport is also very poor Torcher to do work with adroit Mai to kahugi ki Bina job ke rahi par adroit ke sath kabhi job mat karna This is my personal experience It was very hirable Ye company kisi bhi criteria me nahi aati Thare is no work culture, No appraisal no increment There is no job security Nothing is there

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The organization structure and distribution of authorities and accountability towards responsibilities are not clearly defined and followed, which sometimes creates problem and confusion.

The company is good as some of the person helps us and supporting us.In adroit we can learn many things but no one can teach you there we have to learn by ourselves.

Dislikes

The nature of the some senior person.After some times they treat us like a helper and they talk with us like a rubbish.

At Adroit I learned a lot about how production and quality of the product day to day runs, it is a great place for starters to learn and develop since it is not a great industry reputed company but you can learn lot about 6sigma,5S,CNC, VMC, HMC AND LATHE machines etc

Dislikes

The main point specifically I want to mention is lack of 'motivation' and Quality of the service (this is based on my personal experience)
