As they are always looking to exploit employees so if you want to learn then its right place. Give you opportunity to perform 3 people job whereas if you made mistake, start looking for job.

1. Worst HR policy 2. No relieving certificate on time 3. No Full and Final on time 4. Always push for 2year Bond Give you example - in HR policy, no holiday during notice period. If holiday taken extend notice period. They can expel you with 1 month notice but if you want to go need to buy 3 months Gross salary (not basic salary) Overall wont recommend anyone until you are jobless. Everything will be great till you put papers. Earlier i thought it’s personal then came to know its normal. Even worst thing happen in CEO office/ corporate office. Aman Darshan Mehtani (ADM) himself prefer and follow these practices and recommend everyone to do. Which clearly shows its in DNA of this company. So again, think 10 times before joining.
