The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I am happy to be a part of aditya hospital under the chairman late T Yadaiah sir, since 2008 to 2020, i am enjoying my work (nabl,nabh) with technician and lab hod dr mubeen sultana that time was so good, but now i don't no!

This is very good hospital it has very decade experience it has very good doctors who got gold medals and very experienced surgeons and good paramedical staff and good house keeping staff but few things to be improve in top admins rest everything is good staff are working in this hospital more than 20 years . We can have family relations among staff

Couple of top admins positions should change. To successfull organization good team leaders required for any organization that is admins I can say if they fail to provide good support to staff and encourage and they shouldwork with team sprit and give good advices to Top management. But they failed .HR Dept has to be strengthen

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
