Very worst working culture and non supporting, I had finished my appraisal period and then they were involved me in one closed matter of branch, in which I was terminated for such small mistake and matter was closed. Even. After providing proof against my mistake they not check the details and without conclusion they terminated me and even not provide me my annual appraisal bonus amount. First they called me for resign and early releiving and after notice replay they terminated me. I never forget this matter as it is my life very good lesson. I will never miss a single chance to tolerate and not recommend to work in any corporate group for work. Because they always look only self monitory benifit only.

Jo bhi company bolti hai aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Internally superior and higher authorities are always trying for tolerate and ignore you if you disobey them in any situation of yours even you do batter a thousand times. Is one mistake is enough to judge any one...??

Limitation in exploring the other project techniques. Repeated technical things used in all the projects, it leads lack of learning.
