HRs take employees' feedback on regular basis. Salary gets credited on time

No Learning at all! Poor approach of giving feedback. They take feedback from one side and pass it on to other in a very bad way. Professionalism is lacking at every level

Nothing at all. No good experience in my 6 months journey

Everything. Too much politics. No job security. Randomly take calls on employee without giving any reasons. Managers are incompetent and to be honest its a scam running under the umbrella of a company

Payout is in time, incentives are decent, lots of fun activities for those who wants to have fun during work hours. However, workaholics folks won't need fun at work through employee engagement team. Internal Politics

Dislikes

Overrated Culture Lots of partiality happens within the company, the same rule doesn't apply for everyone. It changes person to person. Basically someone who is in the good books of his/her boss, his/her job is secured, and vice versa. Very hidden & toxic culture. If the company is running in loss or not making good profits, then how can they spend money for people for Maldives tour or Annual Event in lacs? They probably can cancel everything and just focus on the work.

HR and management of Bangalore is more aligned with the core values of Aditi. Worked majorly for the Bangalore office clients and Managers were supportive. They are the only company with the best in its class recruitment tools

Dislikes

Baroda HR & Management needs improvements. Feels like they are not open to outsiders and also biased work culture. No proper support but too many fun activities on time.

There was good work culture at Aditi they give you lot of benefits for the employees

Too much of internal politics They do not value employees hard work. The leadership is very manipulative. They can fire anyone at any point please do not join this company as there is no job security
