Office is located on 1st floor of Directors residence. Directors timings are morning 12 to 2 and evening 6 to 8. They make us to stay till 8.30 in the evening. Un professional directors, no technical knowledge, no technical profile. Blindly participating in GEM and Defproc tenders without ground work. Monthly once Directors will go to forgien trips. They get some orders from SBC by internal settings that too storage and rack, box works. One of the technical director gives wrong advices to deal with vendors.

The worst work culture.no job security, no training, No timings, igoest managers, No on time salary. Important thing is you have to give your original certificate. Better don't waste you time and energy by joining there.

Not a good pay master, salaries & wages are delayed every month, career growth is slow. On the job training is not given and exit formalities are not followed

The only thing which i like about Adhyanta is the working staff who works with utmost care and concern. They are truly underrated employees working hard for a shit corporate.

Dislikes

1. Director timings are 12-2 and 6-8. Employyes who work here have to wait here till 830 or 9 to finalise report and director gives bad ideas about GeM bidding . 2. They do not concern about welfare management of employee. 3. Participating in unnecessary tenders which are quite unaware of the work scope and blindly participate for the profit of their own by giving unwanted and toxic ideas. 4. I really hope people who accepts contracts from them are not aware of whom they are. 5.They show its a big turnover company, yet its very small company with 1-2 equipment in yard. 6.Employee benefit is very poor. 7.Due to residence at below the workplace, directors do not have proper timing at all. 8.Directors have 0 knowledge towards the work or nothing even a little work. 9.Please do not work here its my kind request. 10. No work life balance. 11. Directors deal with 0 knowledge. 12.No transportation. 13.Work scope is nothing but participating in GeM tenders without proper knowledge and proper training. 14. THERE IS NO SCOPE WORKING HERE. PLEASE DONT RUIN YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND LIFE IN HERE. THANK YOU DIRECTORS OF ADHYANTA FOR TEACHING ME BIGGEST LEASON 9.
