Here Employee value is on first, although not much satisfied with the salary & perks but the overall experience is good. Managers understand your problem and try to give the best solution. As of now I completed only 10 months here but my overall journey is good. Before this organization, I worked for 3 more organizations but apart of salary every thing is good, the environment is not toxic. Sometimes due to project urgency not able to maintain the WLB but team's support is really good.

Need to give Extra benefits if any one working on weekends Need to do some educational session

Joining time salary hike will be 40 to 60 ℅

Worst management. No job security. Head office is in Gurugram so they order from there and partiality. No career growth you will lose all the knowledge whatever learned in previous company. Very very worst company and management.

Appraisal percentage is not good overall, if you want a big amount of package so you can wait for min 5-7 years in this company..

1. HR team is very bad especially HR manager 2. No learnings or development 3. No inductions 4. No rewards & recognition 5. No respect and fairness, usually very biased.
