Okay i'll be brutally honest with you.I worked in this institute for two and half years,and when i was working there, i often had regret and guilt of joining this institute. Overall,all they cared about is the inspection by MCI(which is already dissolved),so it's gonna be NMC now.As much as i could figure out,they have to continue the hospital otherwise the medical colleges recognition will be at stake.They don't give a damn about the staff or medical education or whatever. Now,I'll write about some positions in the institute. 1.MS(admin.) Alteast that's what they have named.So,this position is occupied the person who is also happens to be the son of the owner of the college.This guy(son) himself being a doctor,doesnt know how to respect other doctors.Can you even believe he don't even meet other doctors who reach out to him regarding the issues they are facing in the institute.So,basically he doesnt respect his own profession. 2.MS(hospital)- This is supposed to be the real medical superintendent right?well,he's got virtual powers of disneyland.well,atleast his power never helped me.In short,he's just there to sit on the chair 3.Dy Registrar- Like i already mentioned,this guy is a sweet talk opportunistic person whose words can change anytime,one must never trust about the words he says.he seems pretty coool and with a smiley face when you visit his chamber,but he'll only do what his master has told him.And,he's also a defence to trick new joiners(doctors) to stay them in the institute by being all polite and buttery.In conclusion,very manipulative and opportunistic guy. 4.Department:Well in each department,all they care about is showing many patient's on the records for inspection as adviced by the upper guys i've mentioned.The poor interns who are supposed to learn something good end up wasting most their internship doing fake work. I hope,this review help my fellow doctors and staff regarding joining this fake,and opportunistic institute.
