the only thing addepar was doing better previously was they were paying better but now they have lowered there standards and now they are not paying as well as it has hire and hire policy.

if someone is thinking to join addepar then that person is making a big mistake. addepar as a brand has failed in india to value its employees. i would addepar is has hire and fire policy. one fine day the HR (Sakshi Jain) will come on the call and tell you that its your last day in the company. it does not matter if you are a top performer or a low performer. here at addepar the politicals is very important to keep yourself in the company.

No Job Security at all, No training provided, Expectations is very high even though you are very new to process, lot of politics, Manager is very dominating, rude and only point out towards mistake, no solution oriented approach and some roles are totally like Data entry jobs.
