No career growth, no flexible timing, no extra work bonus. Salary hike is also less. They actually need a labour not employee. It was a bad experience worked with Adcc especially HR and accounts department.

This is a worst organization to ever join . No professionalism at all. No policies. HR is crap. Everything lies in hands of management. MD is worst. Managers are lame. People have no skills here. Please do not join the organization.

The company is all about training facilities provided to the students. In fact I love to interact with students and solve their queries. I also like the fact that it does not consume much of ur daytime leaving you to experience other things or work and it also gives you ample of time to learn more new technologies and do experiment in it leading to grow the expertise in it. As Meghe group of Institutions is involved, no doubt the facilities are good.

As it is kind of like an ad-hoc faculty program, the terms regarding are quite not likely to satisfy the needs.
