... opinion this is a third class company, reason 1.the don't followed any rules 2.they give salary middle of month 3.senior are don't know your techstack so they not help 4.fired you without any noticed period 5.senior behaviour are not friendly environment are very bad Don't join in this company. There management system are very bad and don't give increment also

Likes

If you are a keen learner this is the place you should join. Lot's of thing to learn as you will get to know various kind of Companies Accounting Systems, plethora of Knowledge you'll get. Very friendly environment and each and every senior helps you to learn the things.

Dislikes

Longer working time, more than 10 hrs, low pay scale if you compare to working hours.

It is a place where you can learn a good amount of work as you are given the exposure and a lot of work pressure is there.

Dislikes

The payscale is very poor. There are no monetary benefits in terms of extra pay or bonus, etc. Working hours are not defined and it is difficult to have a balanced work life

Likes

As this company is still a startup (owing to low candidate retention rate) , you will get to work and learn a lot and grow your skills to double the rate of people of your experience level. You can work independently and there will be little to low work pressure normally.

Dislikes

Salary increment is below the skill level for most of the employees. They will give you payslip only when you resign or give a good reason to provide the payslips. You can hear people talking about others vilifying each other more than they talk about new ideas.
