At Adani Solar, Mundra. AVP works like Frontline Supervisor. Ultimately Contractor get benefit. And Also AVP make Adani employees work in the favour of Contractors. I don’t know what is his interest.. Appraisal depends on “Where you are from” not depends on how much you deliver for project. If you’re from AVPs State then you will definitely get all benefits more then you expected or else Nobody will care even as Adani Employee because AVP work in the favour of Contractors and AVP always Consider Wether you or from his Community, State or Not.
