There's nothing to like about this company. This was my first ever company and I still regret my decision. Very toxic environment. All the seniors have so much ego that they are ready to sacrifice your career to satisfy it.

Everything. the work culture, the management. especially the HR, they are not there to help you but to fulfill their own motives and favour whoever licks their a**

You get enough time than what other companies offer and the job security in core is good.

Dislikes

The managers do not know whom to praise ,what work is required or how to do what needs to be done. They need everything on the platter. But that is limited to LKO Station only.

its a great organization but leadership at management level in between makes lower-middle staff's life so miserable. the kind of attrition proves it all. Adani Airport team in our department alone so many attritions happened in 2 years, i have spent 17 months, but i left coz of poor work culture provided by the senior management.

Dislikes

Regular but last-minute tasks. Lack of clarity. Unrealistic approach from seniors.
