You can expect experience knowledge and good skills but salary is not enough because it's very small company it will boom up one day after that this one dislike also will go

...ned there and the verity of technologies I had experience over there are plenty. Even though it’s a small organization they pay well and keep their employees satisfied

I have learned a lot, basic thing is it's my first platform to prove myself and it is very good place to work, good environment and I have a good rapo with each and everyone of my team and I have team spirit and team support
