...ded, once you learn you are onboard yet seniors are there to guide u throughout. They value talents and pay the best. No bad office politics. Suitable environment for learning new things. They have work from home and many other policies maintaininh work-life balance.

Fully biased, office politics is on top, no future security, rules which are against any labor rights, in total if you are someone who is ready to say it is day even if it is night then it is good place for you else you gonna suffer here because people here are without any self respect. If you ask for something with them then they will allow you but do your complaint for the same. Think before joining this company. Company is good but people are worst here. The only good thing in this company is the owner of this company else management is at worst level, you wont see such low level management in any corporate.

If you want a 8 hour desk job without pressure and not expecting more than minimum wage and minimum holidays for some years, and you have no other big plans for life, this organisation is perfect for you.

6 days work a week, no public holidays exept for national holidays like holi, diwali, and new years etc.
