I have worked in Action ispat and power ltd from 2012 to 2016, In 2012 it is ok in giving monthly salary and later in 2016 it is given 4 months once one month salary,we are doing monthly strike for getting salary at last i resigned in 2016,so that they hold my salary and around 1 lakh rupees they have cheated me,still they have not cleared most of the Engineers and workers salary(June 2019).. i have a worst experience in that company..

Worst company I have not seen in my experience, my 1 lakh rupees they are holded and cheated by this company,most of the Engineers and workers have not get the 4 months salary.its a fraud company in orissa

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
