Nothing much at pros, but one can join here as a fresher to learn basics and work. it would be a good platform to learn. No targets so lesser pressure.

Dislikes

1. The management( HR and associates of HR) 2. Pay is low 3. no overtime( but you have to work more than usual timings) 4. no professionalism (0%) 5. politics at every level.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
