Working here feels like being stuck in a love triangle between shi**y tech, questionable management, and the office's unofficial matchmaking service. The tech stack is like a vintage car-looks good in theory, but breaks down when you need it most. As for the management? Well, let's just say, if leadership were a dating app, it would be stuck in 'swipe left' territory. It's a great place if you're looking for love, but if you're after growth and innovation, you might want to look elsewhere

Unprofessional work culture, employees are mostly concerned with dating and mingling with colleagues, which reduces efficiency. People/seniors conceal info in order maintain dependency. Almost all employees are fresh college grads from low tier colleges and hence they are still in their unprofessional college life phase and gossiping. Also work from home is not granted easily.

Some persons very good attitude.easy colibrate and more help full for projects.main KAJAL have good attitude Kajal does not show the defense of North and South. Treat everyone equally.

Some people do not help in terms of work. And they are again given the lead position and the difference is shown as south person and north person.
