...re. 3.Acrotrend having only two branch one is in India and other is in London 4.For freshers Its a very good company, they are providing with good package around 4 L so its good.

Dislikes

1.The same thing people don't have manner how to talk with thier colleuge. Even HR also very bed. 2. Since it is a small MNC, again they don't have much project so they are firing people at any point of time without giving the notice. 3. They are Mental torture you. I mean I am not sure with about others but they gave me so.. Ya that's all about Acrotrend from my end. I just can say to the people- freshers can join bindass this company but experience please think and then go.

There are no projects so it’s good if you want to hang around.

Dislikes

Everything. The management has no clue on most of the questions that employees raise. They just gaslight you to an extent that you will question your own judgement. No accountability towards their own decisions. Better to be unemployed than to work for a company like this.

The company fools people that they will send you to UK. But there is no project in the company and also they say that they have new techinologies to work on and in reality they have nothing.

I have been with Acrotrend for years now and honestly did like the culture and work-life balance. If you are really ambitious and willing to go the extra mile, should consider Acrotrend.

I believe Acrotrend should be investing more on skill development, though they do spend and give the platform for learning to match the changing technical landscape, the company needs to be aggressive on this.

Flexible work culture and travel to UK involved at some point or the other!

Too much of Micro management and very less projects to work on. Even junior people you work with are involved in micro management and politics which is the saddest part! The appraisal cycle and the process is pathetic, too. You’re expected to put in extra hours every day in order to complete your goal else you lose a significant amount of your variable payout in every quarter!
