Since they can't afford to pay the salaries, they will kick out the employees without any reason, that too exactly at increment time (Simply to avoid the burden)

Working in AcoBloom is blessing for me. I left a big organization to join this company and I must say I made a very good decision. Here I got full growth in my career and still getting it. The Management is very understanding and helpful in all way. They always support employees at every possible way. Work Culture is very good and seniors/managements support for work flexibility. They trust employees. Initially when I joined this company, I was just a processor and now I have huge team of wonderful people. This is the way they always support employee to grow their career. In conclusion, at the end the career growth and work culture is matter, which you will get here in all way.
